As you start to add requests, please note the following types:

REQUEST TYPES

In the event that you need multiple departments, please use the request type you would first need action in - from our system, we can tag multiple members to get involved to help you in your endeavors. Please note all tickets are done on a priority basis.

  • General: Don't know which category your request goes in? We can help, just let us know what you envision. 
  • Events Calendar: Use this type if you would like to request an event to be shown on our calendar. Scheduling for events and spaces can be done through the following links: 
  • Photography: Have an event that you would like covered by a photographer? We can help coordinate photography to fit your schedule and budget. A minimum of 2-week notice is required, along with proposed timelines.
  • Press & Public Relations: Use this option to broadcast to the media outlets, and/or shout out to our close-knit Hilbert community. 
  • Print & Design: Our creative is ready to help your department showcase its best self. Let us know how we can help. 
  • Social Media: We can help post your events or news all over our Instagram, Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter, Snap Chat, Tik Tok channels.
  • Web Services: The place for all things web - including our main hilbert.edu website and various microsites. Let us know if you need updates, corrections, or are looking to add new content. The timeline is dependent on the overall workload of the request. Please be sure to add instructions as well as the URL to the ticket. 
  • Video: Videos help promote academic programs, student services and events.  A minimum of a month notice is required - this includes scripting, storyboarding (if needed), capturing, editing, and revisions.
